It contains the beliefs, worldviews, beliefs, and thoughts of its speakers. It constantly reflects immortalized and encrypted ideologies. Each speaker, from his own point of view, ascribes to the world, its phenomena and realities, and looks from the angle of his own view to represent those realities. Ideologies are hidden within language and subtly submerged in social structures and become social conventions. Divorce demanding women, as social activists in the family courts, use a variety of linguistic strategies and tools in order to persuade and ideologically inspire their audience in the courts. To probe into the way divorce demanding women use negative constructs for ideological expression of their desires and persuading the judge, the present study explored negative constructs in divorce demanding women’s discourse in family courts based on van Dijk’s (2006) theory of society-Knowledge and discourse. A total of 60 meetings were attended in the counseling center of families of the Public and Revolutionary Tribunal of Zahedan and divorce demanding women’s remarks were collected. The findings of the study showed that the participants used negative construction in order to magnify their positive points and reduce negative points of themselves.}, keywords = {Forensic Linguistics,Negative constructs,Linguistic strategies,family courts}, title_fa = {ساخت‌های نحوی منفی (نفی) در گفتمان زنان خواستار طلاق بر پایة رویکرد ون‌دایک}, abstract_fa = {ا انسان به خاطر ماهیتاش موجودی است معناساز که با نشانههای گفتمان مسلط به روالهای گفتمانی میاندیشد. زبان به‌عنوان پدیدة اجتماعی، آیینة تمام نمای ایدئولوژی کنشگران زبان است. زبان همواره حاوی باورها، عقاید و افکار گویندگان آن است. ایدئولوژیها در بطن زبان پنهان میشوند و تبدیل به قراردادهای اجتماعی میشوند. زنان خواستار طلاق نیز به‌‏عنوان کنشگران اجتماعی در عرصة دادگاههای خانواده، برای اقناع و القاء ایدئولوژیک مخاطب از انواع راهبردها و ابزارهای زبانی در این کنش اجتماعی استفاده میکنند. بنابراین، نوشتة حاضر به ساختهای منفی (نفی) در گفتمان زنان خواستار طلاق در دادگاههای خانواده بر پایة نظریةجامعه– شناخت - گفتمان ون‌دایک (2006) پرداخته و حاصل 60 جلسه حضور در مرکز مشاورة خانواده دادگاه عمومی و انقلاب شهر زاهدان و ثبت اظهارات 45 زن خواستار طلاق 15 تا 40 ساله است. مقالة حاضر به شیوة استفادة زنان موردتحقیق از ساختهای منفی برای بیان ایدئولوژیک خواستههایشان و راههای اقناع قاضی میپردازد و نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که نمونههای مورد مطالعه، از ساختهای منفی، در راستای بزرگنمایی نکات مثبت خود 58 درصد، منفی طرف مقابل 80 درصد و کوچک‌نمایی نکات منفی خود 17/3 درصد استفاده می‏کنند. میتوان گفت بیشترین تلاش زنان خواستار طلاق، صرف برزگنمایی ویژگیهای منفی طرف مقابل میگردد.}, keywords_fa = {زبان‌شناسی حقوقی,تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی,تحلیل گفتمان دادگاه,الگوی ون‌دایک,ساخت‌های منفی. }, url = {https://ls.atu.ac.ir/article_10057.html}, eprint = {https://ls.atu.ac.ir/article_10057_cafde751d4f18a88d5945696866db57f.pdf} }
